Stefanie started in the affiliate marketing industry in 2008 at MediaNet Group Technologies/BSP
Rewards, known today as MAD Rewards, after changing its name from Dubli in 2021. She spent nearly 15
years at the company in various roles, all of which had some, if not all, relationship to the company’s
affiliate operations. Her early responsibilities included the identification and integration of new affiliate
networks creating what is still today the foundation of the company’s Cash Back shopping website. Since
launching a new platform in May 2016, she was responsible for the company’s entire affiliate operations
worldwide, managing a team of 14, partnering with 70 affiliate networks in 64+ countries, and delivering
more than 12,000 merchant relationships. Stefanie is known throughout the global affiliate marketing
industry as not only was she among the earliest to join the industry when it was still in its infancy, but
she has also remained vocal about the underpinnings required to practice affiliate marketing at a truly
global scale. Stefanie is often called upon to speak on behalf of the Cash Back space and the value
proposition offered by the pay-for-performance model. She was a recent presenter on the growing and
thriving loyalty publisher set at the Arab Affiliate Summit in Cairo, Egypt, where she presented to more
than 1000 industry participants.
She commenced her career in the Investor Relations business in New York, where she spent 15 years
with some of the world’s leading IR firms, including Morgen-Walke (later sold to Financial Dynamics) and
Edelman Financial, a division of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and later Hill & Knowlton in
Chicago, where she was the Managing Director overseeing the domestic IR practice as well as a member
of the Mergers & Acquisitions deal team where she was the lead counselor on American Airlines
acquisition of TWA, Starwoods purchase of Westin Hotels & Resorts and several high profile real estate
transactions, both hostile and friendly. Stefanie earned her BA from The Ohio State University and
remains a loyal Buckeye fan and an avid collector of Buckeye memorabilia, owning several exclusive
pieces not owned by anyone else. She earned an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at
Pace University in New York. She is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
