Rewards, known today as MAD Rewards, after changing its name from Dubli in 2021. She spent nearly 15
years at the company in various roles, all of which had some, if not all, relationship to the company’s
affiliate operations. Her early responsibilities included the identification and integration of new affiliate
networks creating what is still today the foundation of the company’s Cash Back shopping website. Since
launching a new platform in May 2016, she was responsible for the company’s entire affiliate operations
worldwide, managing a team of 14, partnering with 70 affiliate networks in 64+ countries, and delivering
more than 12,000 merchant relationships. Stefanie is known throughout the global affiliate marketing
industry as not only was she among the earliest to join the industry when it was still in its infancy, but
she has also remained vocal about the underpinnings required to practice affiliate marketing at a truly
global scale. Stefanie is often called upon to speak on behalf of the Cash Back space and the value
proposition offered by the pay-for-performance model. She was a recent presenter on the growing and
