CJ Commerce Media applies pay-for-performance accountability across all marketing programmes, while giving publishers access to budgets well beyond traditional affiliate. The platform's commerce-first approach reflects the reality that every consumer has their own journey, and is designed to deliver a synchronised and personalised path from discovery to conversion to loyalty.
The Work
CJ's platform now encompasses CJ Influence, connecting millions of creators with proven revenue-driving capability; CJ Leads, delivering over 300 exclusive partners; CJ Marketplaces, powering first-party integrations with Amazon and TikTok Shop; and Performance Video, Programmatic, and Search 2.0, extending performance accountability into fast-growing channels. The platform is underpinned by AI investment across partner discovery, fraud detection, and journey intelligence, including Journey-360, which tracks and optimises brand visibility inside LLM-powered search.
Results
CJ achieved near-perfect client retention in 2025, with migrating clients seeing an average revenue increase of over 30%. More than 400 major advertisers joined the platform during the year. CJ maintains the largest click-active publisher ecosystem and is recognised as a service leader and the best network for publishers by Martech Record and DC360.
The Judges' Verdict
Judges recognised CJ's breadth of capability and the ambition of its Commerce Media vision, noting the strength of its cross-channel integration and the scale of its publisher ecosystem.
