Artificial intelligence has largely been applied to partnership marketing in isolated ways, powering a single tool or automating one workflow at a time. For a global network operating across thousands of advertisers, publishers, and creators, the challenge is not whether to adopt AI but how to deploy it in a way that creates compounding value across the entire ecosystem rather than incremental gains in individual functions.

The Strategy

CJ developed 360-AI as a company-wide strategy that embeds artificial intelligence across three interconnected pillars. Journey-360 tracks and optimises brand visibility inside LLM-powered search. Marketer-360 delivers AI-driven fraud protection, partner discovery, commission optimisation, and conversational analytics. Adoption-360 equips internal teams and clients with knowledge tools, agentic capabilities, and AI-first learning systems. Rather than bolting AI onto one function, CJ designed a framework in which every AI investment compounds the value of every other.

The Work

The three pillars operate simultaneously and interdependently, creating an intelligent ecosystem that serves consumers, advertisers, publishers, creators, and CJ's own teams. Marketer-360's fraud protection operates in real time across the network, while Journey-360 gives brands visibility into their presence and performance in generative search environments. Adoption-360 ensures that the capability built into the platform is understood and used effectively by the people relying on it, addressing the gap between AI availability and AI literacy.

Results

360-AI delivered 14% incremental revenue and 8% higher ROAS for participating advertisers, alongside a 22% reduction in publisher non-compliance and more than 100,000 fraudulent transactions reversed in 2025. These outcomes reflect the compounding effect of the three-pillar approach, rather than the impact of any single product.

The Judges' Verdict

Judges praised the scale and coherence of CJ's AI strategy, recognising it as a holistic approach that protects the integrity of the network while driving measurable commercial outcomes. The reversal of over 100,000 fraudulent transactions was cited as a standout result, and the emphasis on Adoption-360, ensuring human teams can actually use the tools available to them, was highlighted as a thoughtful and often overlooked dimension of AI deployment. A gold standard for how a global network should lead in the AI era.
