With over 13 years of experience in digital marketing, Erika has honed her skills across the startup, nonprofit, and retail sectors. Erika’s journey began at the US Tennis Association, where she collaborated with regional influencers and editorial publishers to increase the visibility of our accessible tennis programs. Following my success there, Erika transitioned into retail at Dr. Martens, where Ishelaunched a comprehensive affiliate and partner program from scratch.
Her love for analytics, content, strategy, and collaborative work makes affiliates her favorite marketing channel.
In 2021, Erika joined adidas, a brand she’s loved since her childhood soccer days. There, she leads an in-house team of affiliate marketers, driving innovative affiliate strategies that have boosted our market presence. In her day-to-day, Erika lives and breathes loyalty, content, product marketing, and promo strategy. Outside of work, Erika enjoys DIY home projects, sewing, thrifting, hiking with her pups, and exploring Portland’s vibrant restaurant scene.
